Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via cash and credit/debit cards only. A tax-compliant receipt will be issued within 24 hours of each payment.

If you wish to use an alternative payment method, it must be pre-approved, and payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. For projects spanning multiple days, an initial payment of 50% is required on the first day, with the remaining 50% spread across the project's duration. Accordingly, payment is required at the end of each completed workday.

The total amount specified in the quotation includes a 10% discount, applicable only if payments are made strictly according to these terms. Failure to meet the payment schedule or use the agreed method will void the discount, and the full amount will become payable. An additional 5% discount applies if full payment is made at the time of booking.

PRE-PAYMENT FOR UNATTENDED SERVICE JOB

For services scheduled where the client or an authorized representative is not present on-site, we require full payment to be made in advance. This policy ensures that we can allocate resources efficiently and uphold our commitment to timely and reliable service delivery. By securing payment beforehand, we can streamline our operations and focus on delivering high-quality workmanship without delays. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a seamless service experience.

 

PARKING

If free parking is not available, any parking fees incurred will be charged to the customer.

 

MATERIALS DISPOSAL

In accordance with council regulations, we are unable to dispose of customers' waste materials, including those generated from our work. Should you require waste removal, we will arrange a third-party service, with a minimum charge of £190 for up to half a cubic meter of waste. In some instances, a skip may be necessary, requiring a suitable space with road access to be provided for its placement.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

The prices quoted in this estimate cover only the services and materials explicitly mentioned. Any additional services or materials required will be discussed, agreed upon, and quoted separately before proceeding.

The quoted price remains valid for the entire scope of work unless the estimate is itemized into distinct groups. In such cases, it is possible to select. individual groups of services or items.

​To ensure every job is carried out professionally and remains economically viable, our minimum service charge is £75, regardless of how small or quick the task may be.
