PAYMENTS

We accept ONLY cash and credit/debit card payments. A receipt valid for tax purposes will be issued
within 24 hours of each payment made.
Should you wish to pay by other means, this should be agreed beforehand and the payment made before
the work commences.
Therefore, unless agreed otherwise, the payment should be made immediately upon completion of the
work.
If the work is to last more than one day, 50% of the payment will be required on the first day of work and
the remaining 50% will be spread over the duration of the work. Therefore every work day completed
should be paid separately.
The total amount payable shown below includes a 10% discount that applies if the payment
is made exactly as specified above. If the payments are not made on time or via different
means, the discount will no longer apply and the full amount will be payable.
Please also note that an additional 5% discount will be applied if the payment is made in full at
the time the work is booked.

PARKING
Please note that if no free parking is available, the cost of parking will be chargeable to the
customer.
 

MATERIALS DISPOSAL
The council does not allow us to dispose of customers' waste materials, even if these are
generated by the work we carry out. This is true for any quantity, big or small. Therefore, in case
the customer would like the waste materials cleared from their property, a minimum charge of
£190 will apply, and will include a volume of half cubic meter. In some circumstances we might
have to use a skip for these purposes, therefore a temporary and suitable space, accessible
from the road, might need to be used to accommodate the skip.

The prices quoted in this estimate ONLY covers the services and materials above mentioned and DO NOT cover any
additional service or material that might become necessary for any reason. Any additional work will therefore need to
be discussed in detail, agreed and quoted before being carried out.
The price quoted on this estimate is only valid if the work is considered as a whole, unless the estimate has been split
into different groups of items, in which case it is possible to pick any group of items.
